1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original, intact packaging (with seals and plastic wrap unbroken).

  • Your request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery (in accordance with Moroccan Consumer Protection Law 31-08).

⚠️ Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, pumped, swatched, or tested cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Your peace of mind is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Send us a photo or video of the issue via WhatsApp.

  • We will arrange a 100% free exchange or full refund, and sunscreen.ma will cover all shipping and exchange fees.

3. How to Initiate a Return (Change of Mind)

If you changed your mind and wish to return an eligible, unopened product within the 7-day period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email us at contact@sunscreen.mawith your order number.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will coordinate the return process.

  3. Please note: As per standard e-commerce practice, shipping fees for returning the item because of a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cash on Delivery Refunds & Processing

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, we make refunds simple and direct:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via WhatsApp.

  • If approved, your refund will be paid in cash through our delivery partner or via an agreed-upon cash collection method.

  • Alternatively, you can choose to receive your refund instantly as a Store Credit / Gift Voucher to use on your next order on sunscreen.ma.
